The service
Wedding Planner Pro is a planning tool with an AI assistant ("Buzz"). The free plan is free; paid plans (Sparkle, Luxe) are billed by subscription through Stripe, monthly or annually, and can be cancelled any time via Manage Billing — you keep paid features until the end of the paid period.
Buzz is clever, not qualified
Buzz's suggestions — including venue and supplier research, costs, and legal-process pointers — are general guidance generated by AI, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Always verify availability, prices, contracts and legal requirements (e.g. via GOV.UK) before committing money. Suppliers mentioned are not endorsements; we have no relationship with them and are not a party to your bookings.
Your side of the deal
Keep your sign-in email secure, add only guest data you're entitled to share, and don't misuse the service (attempting to breach security, scraping, or reselling access).
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent the law allows we're not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the app's suggestions, from supplier failures, or from events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
