Delete your account

You can delete your Wedding Planner Pro account and all the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is free and permanent.

How to request deletion

We verify the request came from your sign-in address, then delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything: your account and sign-in details, wedding details, tasks and notes, guest list, budget, supplier records, and your conversation history with Buzz. If you have an active subscription it is cancelled — no further charges are taken.

What we may keep

Minimal billing records (e.g. invoices already issued through Stripe) where UK tax law requires us to retain them. These contain payment records, not your wedding data.
